Nomination

Nomination for the HKEST Award is by invitation only. All nominations shall be kept strictly confidential. More than 60 organisations including institutions, statutory bodies, professional organisations, and business associations related to engineering science and technology have been invited to submit nominations from 1st May 2026 to 30th September 2026.

    Nomination Start

    The nomination materials will be shared with the directors and presidents of the invited organisations via postal mail and email. Nominations for the HKEST Award must be completed in English and can only be submitted by invited nominating organisations.

  • 25th June

    Briefing Session

    Time: 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
    Venue: FJ303, 3/F, Core F, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
    Language: English

    The Briefing Session will provide a comprehensive overview of the nomination process and facilitate an interactive dialogue with members of the Selection Committee. Several previous HKEST Award laureates have been invited to share their valuable insights and experiences.

  • 30th September

    Nomination Deadline

    Please complete, sign and return the Nomination Form (in PDF format) to the HKAE Secretariat via email at support@hkae.hk. Address it to the Chairman of the Selection Committee for “The HKEST Award 2025-27” by Wednesday, 30th September 2026.

    Paper submissions are not required, and late submissions will not be considered.
